A cooperative management system built for a local koperasi (savings & credit cooperative), currently in development. The core problem it addresses: monthly branch reports were compiled manually on paper, making the process slow and hard to consolidate across branches.

As the sole developer on this project — handling everything from backend to frontend to database design — I’m building a system to replace that manual workflow with structured, automated reporting.

What’s built so far

• User management — role-based access for cooperative staff across branches
• Reporting module (in progress) — structured data entry and consolidation for monthly branch reports

Where it’s headed

The goal once complete is to significantly speed up the monthly reporting process and automate report generation across branches, replacing what used to be a manual, paper-based routine.
